  • 透明薄膜的白點檢測
  • 薄膜片材划痕檢測
  • 晶片上的開裂與損傷檢測
  • 金屬箔片的外觀檢測
  • 樹脂的縮痕檢測等
 
特色：
  • 通過縮小滾筒之間的距離，提高了檢測速度
  • 同時實現高均勻性與高亮度
  • 使用中溫度及濕度： 溫度：0至40ºC，濕度：20％到85％RH  （無凝露）。
  • 待機中溫度及濕度： 溫度：-20至60ºC，濕度：20％到85％RH  （無凝露）
