The system radiate even light through a diffusing panel,which is then reflected by a half mirror and directed to the work as incident light from the same direction as the camera. The resultant light is significantly effective in antihalation for mirror-finished materials,allowing you to capture any scratches on material surfaces.
Usage:Inspection of mirror-finished materials such as metals
Dome lighting system KDDD series
圓頂照明系列

This system radiates LED lights to the reflective panels located inside the dome. It provide even and soft light(indirect light) from all directions to a work positioned at the optic center.
Purpose:Mirror-finished materials such as metals,work with uneven surfaces,printing inspection,contamination inspection

Dome and horizontal lighting system KDDD-T series
圓頂/水平照明系統KDDD-T系列

This is a combination of a dome lighting system (KDDD series) and a horizontal ring lighting system (KDDD-T series). The dome lighting system is used to check the surface status of a mirror-finished work such as metals and the horizontal ring lighting system is used to check the edges of the work. The two internal systems allow independent controls,so you can optimize the entire system according to your purpose.
Usage:Metal surfaces,shape inspection
Flat face lighting system KDDM series
This is a thin flat lighting system with high-luminance chip LEDs. With its even and high-intensity light,the system provides greater convenience as transmitting lights. The series,intended for binary processes,employ only a red color to pursue more cost performance.
Usage:Shape inspection,dimension measurement,pinhole inspection,foreign object inspection

This is an even and thin backlight system with high-luminance chip LEDs. Mounted on an aluminum board,the LEDs are given more efficient heat dissipation at their bottom. This reduces deterioration in the luminance and service life due to the self-heating of LEDs.
